Primary Years

During the Primary Years Programme, our students take the A2 Key, (formerly known as KET, or the Key English Test in English) that is the first level of the Cambridge Assessment English test and indicates a preliminary knowledge of English, although we follow the IB program and we have exclusively English language lessons. This test ensures students can speak English on a basic level when they stay in an English-speaking country.

Middle Years

At the end of the third year of the Middle Years Programme, the boys and girls of the three locations of H-FARM International School choose to take the terza media exam privately, in order to obtain the lower secondary school license.

The choice to take the exams in the Italian public school is neither mandatory nor necessary, since students will obtain a diploma equivalent to the Italian one if they decide to finish the course within the IB.

Since 2016, all the students of H-FARM International School have passed the exam brilliantly, with an internal average score above the national average: 8.4 against 7.2.

Diploma Programme

In 2021, 10% of the students scored 40 points or above and 25% scored 35 or above. Achieving the IB Diploma Programme is an extraordinary achievement, representing one of the most difficult and challenging academic paths.

Our goal as a group of schools characterized by the H-FARM Approach is to give all students the opportunity to achieve their personal growth goal, encouraging them to do their best. For this reason we prefer to be inclusive and support all the boys and girls who want to learn and improve day by day, than to be an exclusive school and only accept students of excellent medium to increase our school ranking.
