Overlooking the Venetian lagoon, it occupies a total area of 51 hectares of which over 40 are dedicated to park and woodland. It can host more than 3,000 people at a given time, 2,000 of which are students. It offers sports facilities, event spaces, buildings dedicated to training, dining options, a conference hall, and a library designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP).

It is self-sufficient for 85% of its energy needs, thanks to extensive photovoltaic systems and energy storage and exchange.
Green mobility is encouraged through electric-vehicle charging stations and over 500 bikes, e-bikes, caddy cars, and electric scooters.
It is entirely zero-impact, thanks to the re-purposing of previously abandoned structures and the demolition of a former military base.
Safety is guaranteed through a state-of-the-art access control system and video surveillance. The common areas are digitized and equipped with software that regulate their maximum capacity. Cutting-edge audiovisual solutions, IoT peripherals, Apple TV screens, 3D printers, virtual reality laboratories are present.
The beating heart of the Campus. Its catalog includes books, magazines, and ebooks for study and research focused on key topics such as innovation, technology, enterprise and business, communication, human & society.
It has 144 seats, 1 screening room, and 2 multipurpose rooms. Access is free and open to all upon registration.
We have a CONI-regulated indoor stadium with a multipurpose field, bleachers, changing rooms, an infirmary, and a Technogym-equipped gym.
5,000 square meters outdoor host different courts dedicated to tennis, padel, soccer, rugby, beach volleyball, and baseball, as well as a freestyle park and a BMX pump track.
Different options are available on Campus and in residential structures nearby.
By choosing to reside in our boarding house, which can accommodate up to 250 students, the Campus experience can be enjoyed 7 days a week.
Our food offering is managed by the Alajmo Group, a prolific family of restaurateurs with whom we share a common passion, an attention to detail, a responsibility for sustainability and a focus on continuous research.
The plan bears the signature of Zanon Architetti Associati, which envisioned and coordinated the design by creating new spaces in total respect to the surrounding environment. The plan was exhibited at the “TAKING CARE - Designing for the Common Good” pavilion of the 2016 Architecture Biennale.
The library was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP).
The project was made possible thanks to an agreement worth over €101 million established through a Real Estate Fund managed by Finanziaria Internazionale and underwritten by Cattolica Assicurazioni, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and H-FARM.
